An Olo Loyalty Account gives you access to all the brands within the Olo Loyalty Directory. With an Olo Loyalty Account, you can do things like:
- Enjoy offers at your favorite brands.
- Log in to manage your Olo Loyalty Account.
- Log in to Third-Party apps associated with your favorite brands.
Things to Know
- You only need to sign up once to get a Olo Loyalty Account with one of your favorite brands. Then, you can use that account to sign in to any brand in the Olo Loyalty Directory. Your information is never shared with a brand until you choose to sign in authorizing their access.
Common sign-in methods:- Sign in to their Member Portal.
- Sign in to their online ordering or mobile app.
- Sign in by providing your Olo Loyalty Account number in-store.
- When you create a Olo Loyalty Account, we ask for some personal info. By providing accurate info, you can help keep your account secure and make our services more useful.
- Emails with a (+) sign are not supported.
- Some brands have a custom built website or mobile app for signing up. The sign-up flow will be similar; however, the location will be different.
Important: The following steps are specific to the Olo Loyalty-hosted Account pages at https://my.spendgo.com.
- Visit our Olo Loyalty Directory to select your preferred brand.
- Enter your Phone. This is your unique identifier for earning points in-store.
Note: If your phone number already exists, you can click to sign in. - Enter your Email.
Note: If your email already exists, you can click to sign in. - Enter your Password (minimum 8 characters).
- Enter all additional required fields (marked with *).
- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a "Confirm Your Email Address" email.
- Click Confirm Email.
- You’re all set! Look for the “Powered by Spendgo” logo to sign in.
