If you’re missing points, you can upload your purchase to claim them. Once you submit your receipt, any eligible points will be automatically added to your account.
Things to Know
- When adding points to your account, you must be logged into the brand’s Member Portal at which you made the purchase. Each brand offers a dedicated Member Account for its program. Find your favorite brands in the Olo Loyalty Directory and sign in directly.
- We recommend keeping a copy of your receipt until you can confirm your points have been added. If ever you need to reach out to our Spendgo Support, a photo helps move the process along and get you your deserved points!
- To help prevent misuse, each brand in the Olo Loyalty Directory sets its own limits on how many purchases you can successfully add to your account within a given timeframe when using the Add Points tool in the Member Portal.
How to Add Points
Where to Find Your Order Number
Order numbers can appear in different places on receipts, with various labels like:
- Order Number, Order #, Order No.
- Transaction Number, Txn #

Check Number, Check #
- Login to the restaurant's loyalty page with the brand your purchase was made.

Click the + Add Points button within your Balance card.
- Enter the Transaction/Order Number.
This number may be prefaced with a "#" on your receipt and could appear under different labels (e.g., Order #, Transaction #, Check #). - Enter the Date of Purchase.
- Enter the Purchase Total.
- Click Add Points.
