To delete your account, first sign in to the restaurant’s website. You can find the name of the restaurant in the email titled “Welcome to Olo!” that we sent after your account was created.
Note: Deleting Olo accounts is not currently supported in a restaurant’s mobile app. You must use the restaurant’s website to delete your Olo account.
- Click on Sign In from the restaurant’s website.
- Click Sign in with Olo
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- A code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code and click Continue. Note: There is an option to Send code by email instead
- You are now signed into your account. Select Account Settings from the account menu in the upper right.
- Click on Delete Account. Then click on Submit Delete Request.
- You will receive an email with instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
